Very reliable and professional service. Very prompt and always gets to the bottom of the issue. We initially contacted to get a leak fixed in the ceiling which was done to professional standards. We then had an unusual issue with hot water not coming which we had thought was the issue with the boiler. Forhad did a thorough check and identified it to be not the case but instead, to do with the valve of one of the mixers, which was eventually fixed. Happy with the service so far and highly recommended!

I was moving into a new flat and found the water heater was leaking. Forhad responded quickly to my enquiry and recommended having a new one installed. This was done very efficiently. A few weeks later he plumbed in my washing machine. He explains everything fully, turns up on time and the prices are reasonable. I’m a very happy customer and highly recommend him.

Forhad from Fixed Fee Plumbing did a great job on our kitchen sink replacing a broken tap and piping with one he recommended and detailed before coming over. The tap works perfectly and the ease of handles makes our lives much easier. He was quick, efficient and effective in getting the job done and also inspected other parts of our home for further work we were thinking of getting a hand with.
He was also receptive to calls and emailed, message or sent photos of the proposed work, quotes as well as schedules for when he was available.

The problem proved hard to finally resolve, but Forhad cheerfully and very promptly came three times in all.

I hired Forhad to locate and fix the leak I had in the bathroom and he was immediately able to locate where the leak was coming from as we had major complaints from downstairs flat. Once found, he was quickly able to rectify the issue and fix the problem there and then. I'd definitely use Fixed Fee Plumbing again for all future jobs and it's nice to have a plumber you can trust that will do a good job. Thank you for all your help.

Forhad arrived on time, quickly located the leak and had it neatly repaired. Due to the nature of the leak, the floor had to be lifted up and concrete digging was required. The total time at work was around 8 hours over 2 days. The initial quote of ÂŁ250 was changed to ÂŁ600 due to the digging required. Forhad called me to explain that due to the amount of concrete that had to be removed it would cost ÂŁ600 and I agreed. I felt it was expensive but he was reliable and did a good job.

He was polite and knew his stuff. The installation video said it would take a hour to do, but he knew that the whole job would take much longer. He started work straight away and carried on like a beaver.
He did an excellent job. We were impressed with the outcome. At the end he made sure he went through all of the features, which involved him getting wet. Sorry about that.
I would hire him again for future plumbing jobs.

I asked Forhad to renew a broken Radiator valve. Forhad agreed to come to the job quickly, arrived on time, drained the system and fixed the new valve. I found him to be efficient and courteous and would not hesitate to use his services again - Nice man

Forhad worked really hard on the job, didn't complain when I changed my mind on where the pipe should run, and even cut the plinth so it would fit back under the kitchen cupboards (which was my own fault as I had put plyboard down for the washing machine to fit, which meant the plinth no longer fitted) There was a slight leak in the radiator, which he happily came back to sort out, and at the same time went round to my mum's and plumbed her washing machine in. She too was very impressed with how he worked, and his manner. We would both definitely hire Forhad again. Thank you!

I needed the toilet syphon replaced since the old one stopped working.
Forhad turned up a few hours after posting on Mybuilder.com and explained what needs to be done.
It was a task more difficult than we both first thought, since the old screws were completely rusted and had to be cut.
Some time later with the syphon replaced, the toiled worked fine, workplace got cleaned and I got charged the amount quoted.
Brilliant work and a nice guy to deal with!
I would definitely recommend Forhad for his professionalism and reliability.
